Ellen Ault is a quilter and instructor at heart.
She taught computer animation at the college level for twelve years. Being in front of the computer for so long made her wish to do something with her hands.
Here is where fabric came to play! First creating her own plush toys and then moving into the exciting world of quilting.
Drawing with thread, Ellen loves to do free motion quilting. She also loves setting a computer design to an area and pressing play. Ellen teaches longarm quilting at MK Quilts University, specializing in ruler work, free motion, ProStitcher and ProStitcher Designer.
Ellen is an award winning quilter, with quilts previously hanging at the National Quilt Museum, AQS Paducah, the International Quilt Festival and more.
