Known Issues
- Black boxes between design repeats are missing.
- Program has occasional crashes to desktop. Ensure your operating system is updated with the latest windows updates.
- Occasional straight lines on grouped or repeated designs.
- Occasional stitch lines on cropped designs. Work-around, nudge design slightly to eliminate lines.
- Pro-Stitcher Lite Users, upon initial startup, a purple or gold trace line may appear as you move the machine. To resolve this, reboot the tablet.
- Pro-Stitcher Lite Users, at the end of a row the machine may sit on pause before finishing the tie-offs. Work-around, select -Pause-Resume- and machine will finish the tie-offs.
- Cropping a design with open edges may result in sections smaller than the tie-off settings, potentially causing the machine to stitch in place. As a workaround, nudge the design to remove small sections or skip the row containing them.
- When updating the tablet via the Pro-Stitcher program, opening the USB may be delayed if it contains a large number of files.
- When pausing and resuming with tie-offs and pull-up selected, the Pro-Stitcher may not complete all tie-off stitches.
