This isn’t a beginner pattern. It requires considerable familiarity with your stitching program to repeat the design, align, crop and wrap it in an area since it’s a repeated single unit. There is significant overstitching in the design as an E2E or B2B. It has good overall texture but I didn’t care for the uneven thread density caused by all the overstitching. Maybe if a very fine matching thread was used it would be less noticeable. After doing a practice test sewing on a 20″x20″ area, I chose not to use this design on my project.
